The President of the State and the King of Jordan discuss brotherly relations, regional developments and developments

This came during a meeting with His Highness the President of the State, his brother, King Abdullah II bin Al -Hussein, at the Al -Bateen Palace in Abu Dhabi, which is on a fraternal visit to the UAE .. His Highness welcomed his brother, King Abdullah, stressing the strength of the historical relations that bring together the two countries and joint keenness to expand the horizons of their cooperation in a way that achieves the aspirations of their two brotherly peoples.

During the meeting, His Highness and the King of Jordan also reviewed a number of regional issues and developments, especially the efforts made to the ceasefire in the Gaza Strip, resume the entry of humanitarian aid to the Strip, and reject any attempts to displace the Palestinians from their land.

The two sides stressed the need to intensify work in order to enhance the causes of regional stability and prevent the expansion of the conflict in the region.

He also stressed their keenness to continue fraternal consultation and coordination on various issues of common concern in a way that achieves the interests of the two countries and contributes to promoting joint Arab action.

His Highness the President of the State held a breakfast banquet in honor of the King of Jordan and the accompanying delegation.
