A “advanced” board recommends the distribution of cash dividends for 2024

Yesterday, the Board of Directors of the Saudi Advanced Industries Company (advanced) recommended to the General Assembly to distribute cash dividends to shareholders for the fiscal year 2024.
The company said in a statement on Saudi Arabia’s circulation: The total amount distributed is 29.5 million riyals.
She added that the number of shares due for profits is 59 million shares, while the share share of the distribution is 0.50 riyals, and the distribution rate to the nominal share value is 5%.
The cash distributions of the shareholders who are owned by shares will be the day of the entitlement and the registered in the company’s shareholders’ record at the Securities Depository Center Company (Deposit) at the end of the second trading day that follows the day of the company’s general assembly, which will be announced later.
She noted the announcement of the date of the distribution later, after the General Assembly approved the recommendation of the Board of Directors.
