Consumer complains about “limited” commercial centers offers ahead of Eid

Consumers reported that the third session of the “Great Electronic Discounts” campaign launched by the Dubai Festival and Retail Corporation yesterday, and will continue until tomorrow (30 March) with discounts of up to 95%, keeping pace with the needs of families consumed before the Eid Al Fitr season.
They pointed out, to «Emirates Today», that it is important that many commercial centers to expand their offers are directed before the Eid, especially through the specialized stores in the ready -made clothes sector, shoes, electronics and perfumes, which are among the most demanding before the holiday, criticizing the limited offers in a number of centers.
While two specialists in the outlets for the clothing and electronics trade, the offers mainly due to the variation of the marketing policies of the outlets and are not specified in certain periods.
The consumer, Issam Hamza, said that “the major electronic discounts campaign, which was launched in Dubai, is a positive manifestation that meets the needs of the consumed families before the feast,” noting that “he noticed during shopping with his family, the limited offers offered in a number of commercial centers that were important to expand their offers before the Eid to meet the needs of consumers during that period.”
The consumer, Youssef Abdulaziz, explained that “the major electronic discounts campaign had positive positive effects in offering different offers for consumers before the feast,” calling for the need for commercial centers in various state markets to expand by offering their excessive offers to consumers before the feast, especially in the most requested areas during that period such as ready -made clothes, shoes, perfumes and electronics.
The consumer, Shadi Omar, added that the “major electronic discounts” have accompanied the needs of the consumer families during the period before the Eid Al -Fitr season, surprising “the limited offers offered in a number of commercial centers, during the current period, despite the fact that many consumers are heading to shop for Eid supplies from commercial centers besides electronic platforms.”
The consumer, Samir Hassan, pointed out that “it is important that the commercial centers expand in the presentation of their excessive offers during the current period until the days of Eid Al -Fitr to keep pace with the needs of families consuming during that period”, pointing out that “some stores offer discounts at normal times and ignore the offering of downloads during the current period while knowing that consumers have to shop and buy during that period.”
For his part, the sales official at one of the outlets of the ready -made clothes trade, Mohamed Saeed, said that “offering discount offers before the Eid Al -Fitr period depends on the outlets of the sale on the various marketing policies for each store, which are not usually related to specific times, but to systems that are related to the targeted integrity campaigns that are launched throughout the year.”
The sales official at one of the electronic devices trade outlets, Bago Son, pointed out that “the excessive offers are due to the marketing policies of the stores, which determine the dates of their launch,” noting that “many stores, for example, offer offers on many occasions, and some offer offers on their electronic platforms on some products, and postpone the offering in the outlets for other periods, which is determined by sales systems Marketing in store departments. ”
