Tsunami warnings … 7.1 -magnitude earthquake hit off the Tonga Islands

A 7.1 -magnitude earthquake on the Richter scale struck today off the Tonga Islands in the Pacific Ocean with warnings of high tsunami.
The American Geological Institute reported that dangerous tsunami waves resulting from this earthquake can take place within the beam of 300 km around the center (the earthquake), along the coast of Tonga.
