The start of the first international wireless aviation championship in the eye

Al -Ain on April 3/ WAM/ The first international wireless international championship, which lasts five days at Al Ain Amateur Club of Al Ain Equestrian and Shooting Club was launched yesterday evening, in the presence of Sheikh Ahmed bin Hamdan bin Mohammed Al Nahyan, President of the Emirates Federation for Placement and Modern Rowing, His Excellency Dr. Sultan bin Saif Al -Neyadi, Minister of State for Youth Affairs and a number of officials.

His Excellency Abdullah Muhammad Khwaidam Al -Neyadi, Chairman of the Organizing Committee of the Championship, stressed in a speech during the opening, that hosting this event with the participation of 40 contestants from 15 countries, along with 30 contestants from the UAE, the Gulf countries and the countries of the world, reflects the prestigious position of the state in organizing and hosted specialized international events.

He announced the start of the first edition of the local universities competition in the fields of design, construction and aviation, with the promising participation of the United Arab Emirates universities, and a successor to science and technology in a move that enhances the role of academic institutions in supporting creativity and innovation.

The attendees witnessed some of the air reviews presented by the participants in the championship and won their approval, as they expressed the capabilities and skills of participants in the field of wireless aviation.

The attendees also toured the exhibition accompanying the championship and reviewed some of the participants from a number of bodies interested in wireless flight.

The tournament will be held under the auspices of the Department of Culture and Tourism in Al Ain and is organized by ICO Edvabsher for Tourism, and valuable prizes have been monitored for the winners of the competition and the fans. The United Arab Emirates University also participates in many workshops with the aim of spreading a culture of aviation among all groups of society and attracting lovers, fans and practitioners of that sport in the state and the countries of the region.
