Dubai facilitates the registration of real estate “free Ajman” companies with their names

The Dubai Land and Property Department, and the Ajman Free Zones Authority signed a joint cooperation note, aiming to facilitate the registration of lands and real estate with free ownership in the name of the establishments registered with the authority.
This comes within the framework of continuous efforts to enhance integration between government agencies in the country.
The memo – which took place in Dubai in the presence of a number of officials of the two sides, was signed for the Dubai Land and Property Department – General Manager, Engineer Marwan bin Ghalita, while he represented the Ajman Free Zones Authority Authority, the general manager of the authority, Ismail Al -Naqi.
The memo aims to set a clear legal and organizational framework that enables companies registered with the Ajman Free Zones Authority to register real estate with their names easily, according to flexible procedures and accredited mechanisms, while this step is expected to contribute to enhancing levels of transparency and stimulating investments, while ensuring compliance with legal and administrative controls.
The memorandum also opens new horizons for investors, by establishing a more attractive business environment, which enhances the competitiveness of Dubai and Ajman as leading investment centers in the real estate sector.
Bin Ghalita stressed the importance of the memorandum in achieving integration between government agencies, pointing to the constant endeavor to develop the real estate market, through strategic initiatives that enhance investment and provide a flexible and attractive business environment.
