“Al -Jouf Cement” announces that it is unable to publish the financial results for the year 2024

Al -Jouf Cement Company announced that it was not able to publish the unified annual financial results for the period ending in 12/24/24 on the Saudi Stock Exchange website (Tadawul) on time.
The company said in a statement on Saudi Arabia’s circulation: The reasons and obstacles to the inability to publish the financial results during the regular period: not to finish until its date from the work of reviewing the annual financial statements for the period ending in 12/23/24/1024 and the annual financial results will be published on the Saudi Tadawul website as soon as the review work is completed.
The company added that it is working to finish the financial statements with the references of the external accounts and publish them as soon as they are approved.
She expected to be published on April 20, noting the suspension of the trading of securities listed on April 3.
