The profits of the assets company, Bakhit Investment in 2024, decreased by 22% to 19.8 million riyals, compared to 25.5 million riyals in 2023.
The company said in a statement on Saudi Arabia’s circulation: The reason for the decrease in net profits is mainly due to:
– The total revenue decreased by 24% from the previous year, as it reached 47.230 million riyals in the year 2024 m, compared to 62.060 million riyals for the previous year 2023 m, a decrease of 14.830 million riyals.
– The expenses decreased by 31 % from the previous year, as they reached 23.142 million riyals in the year 2024 m, compared to 33.326 million riyals for the previous year 2023 AD, with an estimated decrease of 10.183 million riyals.
– The financing costs decreased by 55% from the previous year, as it amounted to 359 thousand riyals in the year 2024 m, compared to 790 thousand riyals for the previous year 2023 m, a decrease estimated at 431 thousand riyals.
– Other revenues increased by 152% from the previous year, as it amounted to 4.234 million riyals in the year 2024 m, compared to 1.683 million riyals for the previous year 2023 AD, an increase of 2.550 million riyals.
– The legal zakat increased by 58% from the previous year, as it amounted to 3.876 million riyals in the year 2024 m, compared to 2.447 million riyals for the previous year 2023 m, an increase of 1.429 million riyals.
