"Parliamentary Division" You participate in the Youth Parliamentary Forum for the International Federation in Tashkent
Tashkent on April 7/ WAM/ His Excellency Dr. Marwan Obaid Al -Muhairi, member of the Parliamentary Division of the Federal National Council in the International Parliamentary Union, participated in the Youth Parliamentary Forum, held within the association’s 150 meetings of the Federation in Tashkent, where the role of young parliamentarians in mitigating the effects of conflicts and achieving sustainable development was discussed.
His Excellency Dr. Marwan Al -Muhairi stressed the importance of empowering young people and their active involvement in decision -making, formulating future plans and strategies, and enhancing their capabilities to innovate, as they represent the most influential category and the ability to spread awareness of issues of common concern.
He said that the Emirati parliamentary Division stresses the necessity of adding a paragraph on the draft resolution that will be discussed in the permanent committee for sustainable development, to emphasize the decisive role that young parliamentarians play in confronting the challenges of global and achieving sustainable development.
