The continued decline .. Oil prices are close to their lowest level in 4 years
Oil prices fell by more than 2% upon settlement, approaching their lowest level in approximately 4 years.
Brent crude fell $ 1.37, or 2.1%, to reach $ 64.21 a barrel.
The US broker futures fell $ 1.29, or 2.1% as well, registering $ 60.70 upon settlement.
