The Sudanese Armed Forces exploit international platforms to achieve some narrow interests

Amira Al -Hafiti, the country’s ambassador to the Kingdom of the Netherlands, confirmed that the position of the United Arab Emirates is firmly firmly towards the brotherly Sudanese people and solidarity with it in light of the difficult circumstances it is going through, at the same time, denouncing the crude allegations and the systematic campaign carried out by the Sudanese armed forces that have no basis.
Amira Al -Hafiti said in statements to the Emirates News Agency (WAM): “It seems that the Sudanese armed forces have used to blame others, believing that this method provides them with the opportunity to evade the atrocities committed against the Sudanese people, striking the wall of humanitarian considerations and disasters that exceeded all borders.”
She explained that the Sudanese armed forces are taking advantage of international platforms to achieve some narrow interests and believe that this will give them legitimacy and will pay attention to the crimes and atrocities committed by the Sudanese interior, noting that the UAE is committed to international law and adheres to the necessity of legal accountability regarding the crimes committed by the two warring parties.
She pointed out that the Sudanese armed forces have two options for either acknowledging their responsibility for the continuation of the conflict and its causes or seriously engaging in negotiations to end the conflict and support regional and international efforts to end this absurd war away from policy With calls for a ceasefire, acceptance of a diplomatic solution, and the start of the political process.
