The CEO of “Taxi Dubai”, Mansour Rahma Al Falasi, stated that the company is working to prepare a strategic plan in cooperation with the leading global “Bolt” platform in the field of smart transport, to convert 80% of taxi flights to the electronic reservation system.

He told «Emirates Today» that the number of vehicles of the Dubai Taxi company that can be booked through the Bolt platform is 700 taxis, exclusively for those coming through Dubai airports. He added that the “Dubai Taxi” will be able to enhance its presence in the electronic reservation market for taxis, which is estimated at about six billion dirhams, allowing it to acquire a greater market share in this vital sector.

He expected that the partnership will contribute to increasing the level of competitiveness in the market, and providing more options for customers, raising the quality of services and prices provided, indicating that Bolt technologies focus on enhancing the efficiency of the movement of mobility and the safety of users by providing a smart and integrated system for digital services, as it provides an easy -to -use application interface, and a feature that directly tracks the trips, along with a variety of a variety of Options.

He continued: “We will soon provide taxi services on the application,” adding that “Bolt” proves its operational efficiency through the average waiting time of no more than three minutes, which reflects the effectiveness of the platform operational network, as it is characterized by a number of advanced technical characteristics, including a custom maps system that ensures accuracy of identifying tracks, and integrated safety features in the application, such as the emergency button and direct tracking, to The side of the drivers evaluation system that contributes to maintaining high service standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

With regard to the reservation mechanism, he explained that the application is available for downloading on the Android and iOS operating systems, and as soon as it is installed on the smartphone, the user can easily reserve limousine services.
