Board of “Welfare” recommends the distribution of cash dividends for 2024

Today, the Board of Directors of the National Medical Care Company (Care) recommended distributing cash dividends to shareholders for the year 2024 AD.
The company said in a statement on Saudi Arabia’s circulation: The total amount distributed is 89.380 million riyals, while the number of shares due for profits is 44.690 million shares.
She added that the share share of the distribution is 2 riyals, while the distribution rate to the nominal share value is 20%.
The right to distribute cash profits to shareholders who owns shares will be at the end of the second trading day that follows the day of the company’s general assembly, which will be announced later, while noting the announcement of the date of the distribution later.
