المملكة: Control in violation of the environmental system for using a local firewood in Asir

The Special Forces for Environmental Security seized a citizen in violation of the environment system, in his possession (3) cubic meters of local firewood used in commercial activities in the Asir region, and the regular procedures were applied against him, and the seized quantities were delivered to the competent authorities.
The forces explained that the penalty for using local firewood and coal in commercial activities is a fine of (32,000) riyals per cubic meter, and the penalty for transporting, selling and storing local firewood and coal is a fine of (16,000) riyals per cubic meter.

The forces urged to report any cases that represent an attack on the environment or innate life on the number (911) in the regions of Makkah, Riyadh and the East, (999) and (996) in the rest of the Kingdom.
