The Acting Director General of Passports, Major General Dr. Saleh bin Saad Al-Murabba’, visited today, Monday, The level of operational readiness for passports during the season.
A tour to follow up on all the work
The tour included the arrival and departure halls, and the Hajj and Umrah halls to follow the implementation stages of Passport plan for Umrah, and determining the readiness of the system to receive the guests of God during the Umrah season.
Major General Al Murabba listened to an explanation of the introductory program for the evaluation and measurement unit of performance indicators in the Operations Affairs Department at the Airport Passports, and its mechanisms for monitoring and real-time follow-up of the level of achievement, in a way that supports continuous development and improves the experience of the beneficiaries.
The Director General of Passports stressed the importance of doubling efforts during the Ramadan season, and working in a team spirit. One, and harnessing all human and technical capabilities to serve the guests of God, and completing their procedures accurately and quickly, in a way that reflects the honorable image of the Kingdom in the service of Islam and Muslims.
