Approaching the law … a new procedure for Trump with the aim of detention of immigrants

US officials said President Donald Trump will offer a long piece of federal territory along the US Mexican border to the Ministry of Defense.
Trump is targeting behind this measure, the army’s control of it as part of a base, which will allow the forces to detain migrants.

The transfer of that border area to military control, and made it part of an army facility, is an attempt by the Trump administration to circumvent the federal law.

This law prohibits the use of American forces to enforce local law on American soil.

However, an expert in the presidential authorities said this step is likely to appeal in the courts.
