The high prices of concrete in Saudi Arabia within a month .. and the variation of “cement”

The average bulletin of the prices of goods and services issued by the Statistics Authority revealed the high prices of concrete in Saudi Arabia, during the month of March, on a monthly basis, while cement prices varied.
The price (resistor 350 k) recorded 224.49 riyals per cubic meter, up 0.04% on a monthly basis last March.

Concrete prices

The price of concrete (resistor 250 k) increased, by 0.02% on a monthly basis in March 2025, recording 204.43 riyals per cubic meter.
The price of concrete (normal 35 km), 214.98 riyals per cubic meter, up 0.3%, on a monthly basis last March.
The concrete price (normal 250 k) recorded 195.66 riyals per cubic meter, up 0.1% last March, on a monthly basis.

Cement prices

The price of lions increased by 0.6% last March, on a monthly basis, recording 15.84 riyals for (50 kg).
The national white cement price fell 0.1% on a monthly basis last March, recording 37.83 riyals.
The national gypsum price scored 16 riyals for (40 kg), up 0.3%, while the price of white sand recorded 84.05 riyals, up 3.5% on a monthly basis.
The price of the mixture (sand and script) reached 54.68 riyals per cubic meter, up by 2.7%, while the price of red sand increased 7.5% to 39.32 riyals per cubic meter.
The price of the black block (15 cm size) increased by 0.4%, recording 1709.22 riyals for (1000 tablets) last March.
The price of the black block (20 cm size) recorded 1756.56 riyals, up 0.3% in March, on a monthly basis.
