المملكة: “Education” stresses the organization of training inside schools and prevents the departure of cadres without approval
Education departments in regions and governorates confirmed that it was agreed with the Ministry of Human Resources Agency to stop all external civilization programs, provided that the implementation of training within schools is limited to distinguished teachers, or school support service providers, according to the approved plan to provide these services..
Exit during the school day
Education departments stressed that the exit of any principal or teacher from the school during the school day for any reason, including attending workshops or official missions, requires obtaining prior approval from the Education Department, with the aim of maintaining the stability of the educational process, and ensuring that educational cadres are fully present to serve male and female students.
These procedures come within the framework of the Ministry’s endeavor to raise the efficiency of performance inside schools, and to enhance the benefit of distinguished competencies in implementing training programs directly and field, which contributes to improving the quality of educational outputs, and supporting the excellence and development plans implemented by the Ministry within the targets of the Kingdom’s 2030 vision in the education sector.
Education departments also stressed the importance of school leaders and teachers ’commitment to new instructions, and to follow up their implementation in a way that achieves the highest levels of school discipline, and ensures that the educational field benefit from all available experiences in an organized and studied manner.
