This decision came within a strategic step; It aims to improve customer experience and accelerate delivery processes, as well as reducing unnecessary communications between delegates and beneficiaries.
This comes in a way that contributes to achieving the highest standards of accuracy and streamlines in the operational operations that the parcel transport companies are practicing, explaining that everyone can know the national title through four digital platforms: (Absher, Taklik, my health, and ways).

The authority’s decision also comes within the framework of its support for the implementation of the targets of the national strategy for transport and logistical services, and its full keenness to develop the parcel transport sector, in a way that enhances sustainability, and establishes the Kingdom’s position as a leading global center in this field.
