The Hajj and Umrah campaign "Coming to Umrah"in a step aimed at enhancing awareness of Guests of the Most Gracious and improving the services provided to them.
This comes within the framework of integrated preparations for the peak of the season in the blessed month of Ramadan, and in conjunction with the arrival of the number of Umrah pilgrims from outside the Kingdom, since the beginning of the Umrah season for the year 1447 AH, to more than 11.8 million pilgrims.
The campaign, which continues until the end of the blessed month of Ramadan, aims to increase the awareness of the Guests of the Most Gracious of the services, procedures, guidelines and behaviors during Their journey of faith, using various digital and spatial means of communication, accompanies the Guest of God from the intention of Umrah until his return to his country, which enhances the benefit from the official awareness channels of the Ministry, and raises the level of commitment to positive behaviors within the Two Holy Mosques, and in various locations of the Umrah journey and visit.

Communication Awareness Activities

The campaign includes a number of communication awareness activities, including spatial awareness allocated in more than 18 points of contact with the Guest of God, It includes ports, airports, transportation stations, and the Two Holy Mosques.
In addition to housing and accommodation facilities, destinations, and enrichment sites, through the use of awareness screens, road signs, text messages, and other means.
In addition to the accompanying digital and media publishing in more than 6 languages, which enhances the breadth of access and the diversity of the beneficiary audience.

The campaign is implemented in partnership between more than 24 entities from various relevant sectors. The Hajj and Umrah system, including government agencies, the private sector, and the non-profit sector, with the aim of ensuring that targeted awareness messages reach the largest segment of beneficiaries, and enhancing the integration of roles between all agencies working in the system of serving the guests of God.
