Bahrain welcomes the UAE’s hosting of the tripartite US-Russian-Ukrainian talks
Manama, 25 January / WAM / The Kingdom of Bahrain welcomed the UAE’s hosting of tripartite talks bringing together the United States of America, the Russian Federation, and the Republic of Ukraine in Abu Dhabi, considering it a positive and constructive step within the framework of diplomatic and humanitarian efforts aimed at settling the Ukrainian crisis by peaceful means, and in line with the principles of international law and the Charter of the United Nations.
In a statement broadcast by the Bahraini News Agency, the Bahraini Ministry of Foreign Affairs affirmed the Kingdom’s support and deep appreciation for all efforts aimed at ending the Ukrainian war through dialogue and negotiations, and mitigating its humanitarian effects, in a way that contributes to enhancing security and stability on the European continent, and achieving just and comprehensive peace and sustainable prosperity at the regional and international levels.
