Saudi Arabia prevents visa holders to enter Makkah, with the exception of the arrivals with a Hajj visa, starting from this date
The Ministry of Interior announced the prevention of entry or staying in the city of Makkah Al -Mukarramah for all kinds of visas, with the exception of the arrivals with a Hajj visa, as of the first Tuesday of Dhu al -Qi’dah 1446 AH corresponding to April 29, 2025 AD.
The Ministry of Interior said through its official account on the “X” platform, that it prevents the entry of visa holders of all kinds to the city of Makkah Al -Mukarramah, with the exception of the arrivals with a Hajj visa.
She emphasized that this comes to preserve the safety of the pilgrims of the Sacred House of God, and the performance of the Hajj pilgrimage with security and reassurance.
