المملكة: The launch of 100 enrichment programs .. Details of the “talent” plan for the summer of 2025

The King Abdulaziz Foundation and its men for talent and creativity, “talent”, held a preparatory meeting for the heads and heads of enrichment programs, as part of its strategic plan for early preparation for the launch of summer programs for the year 2025, in the presence of the Secretary -General in charge of the Foundation d. Khaled Al -Sharif.
More than 100 programmers from different regions of the Kingdom participated in the meeting, with the aim of enhancing their readiness and coordinating efforts to ensure the provision of an integrated and distinguished educational experience for talented students in various academic and research paths.

Quality programs

Al -Sharif stressed that the meeting embodies the commitment of “talent” firm to provide qualitative programs that contribute to developing students’ capabilities, and meets their cognitive aspirations by raising the readiness of educational and administrative cadres and integrating with partners in implementation.
He explained that the Foundation continues its efforts in developing a stimulating and safe educational environment that enhances the creative and cognitive skills of students, in line with the Kingdom’s 2030 vision targets in building a distinguished national human capital.

Enrichment talent programs

The work of the meeting was launched in a first workshop within the programs of the academic and international enrichment talent, headed by the director of the summer enrichment programs, the lights of Al -Aqil, and the workshop discussed the mechanisms of academic planning for curricula and activities and developing the skills of educational teams, as well as reviewing best practices in managing work teams and educational programs.
Al -Aqil stressed that the workshop represents an important start towards raising the readiness of the academic teams, noting that the studied planning and specialized training are positively reflected in the quality of the programs, and ensure the provision of a rich and effective experience for talented students.

Student guidance

The second workshop, within the research talent program, headed by the Director of the Research Programs and Innovation Development Department Anas Al -Hanan, focused on building the capabilities of research supervisors through training on the mechanisms of directing students to conduct advanced scientific research according to accurate methodologies and discreet scientific ethics.
Al -Hanan explained that the preparation of supervision teams represents the cornerstone of the success of research programs, adding that the workshop aims to enable students to implement innovative scientific projects and participate in them in local and international forums with high standards.

Interactive discussions

The workshops included fruitful interactive discussions, during which the participants reviewed the most important challenges they faced in previous years and exchanged successful experiences to ensure the unification of the quality of the programs and achieve the maximum benefit for the participating students.
It is noteworthy that the preparatory workshop was held in the presence of the leaders of the programs from various educational bodies and partner institutions, within the framework of the intensive preparations to launch the next version of the enrichment “talent” programs, which will be implemented in attendance and virtual in a number of universities, research centers and model schools in various regions of the Kingdom.
And “Talent”, through these efforts, confirms its constant keenness to improve the educational process of talented students, through environments rich in experience and knowledge that contribute to launching their energies and enhancing their competitiveness at the national and international levels.
