Rashid bin Hamid visits the International Publishing and Book Fair in Rabat

Rabat on April 21 / WAM / Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid Al -Nuaimi, head of the Municipal and Planning Department – Ajman, visited the International Publishing and Writers Exhibition in the Moroccan capital “Rabat”, which hosts the Emirate of Sharjah a guest of honor in its 30th session.
Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid Al -Nuaimi met with His Excellency Mohamed Mahdi Bensaid, Minister of Youth, Culture and Communications, as he emphasized the depth of the strong relations that link the two brotherly countries in all fields, including the cultural field and cognitive heritage.
Sheikh Rashid praised, during his tour of the exhibition, what the Sharjah Pavilion offers, appreciating the efforts of 18 Emirati cultural and academic institutions, embodying a vivid picture of the size and depth of investment in culture, heritage and education.

He explained that the state’s participation in a distinguished exhibition in knowledge enhances cooperation and cultural exchange and supports strategic ties between the United Arab Emirates and the Kingdom of Morocco.

Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid Al -Nuaimi reviewed the most important initiatives and cognitive programs presented by the Emirati publishing houses, and the initiatives implemented by cultural institutions and heritage and artistic events.

And that citizenship competencies reflect a positive image of creative minds in the fields of writing, literature, science and knowledge, and meet in a pioneering beacon of culture with a group of thinkers and readers in a forum that reflects the status of culture and reading

Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid Al -Nuaimi expressed his pride in the Sharjah Pavilion plan to present more than 50 events, including intellectual sessions, poetry evenings, children’s workshops and adolescents, and professional meetings with publishers and creators from the Emirates and Morocco.
