A Chinese warning to countries of concluding commercial deals with America .. What is the story?

China warned, Monday, other countries against concluding with the United States at the expense of Beijing.
Governments, including Taiwan, Japan and South Korea governments, began negotiations with Washington after the President announced the imposition of large customs duties on almost all American business partners on April 2.

Customs warfare between China and America

Import taxes quickly hung against most countries, after it caused a state of panic in the market, but Trump decided to raise the acute high tariffs against China.

The Chinese Ministry of Commerce said in a statement: “China is strongly opposed to any party to a deal at the expense of China’s interests … If this happens, China will not accept it at all and will firmly take counter -measures in a mutual manner. China is designed and able to protect its rights and interests.”

Trump made China a target for the highest customs duties imposing, imposing several rounds of customs duties, bringing the total of these fees to 145% on Chinese imports.
Beijing responded with 125% customs duties on American imports.
