Tomorrow .. the final race of Arabian horses in the Al Dhafra region
Al -Dhafra on April 22/ WAM/ tomorrow, Wednesday, the tenth and closing race competitions for authentic Arabian horses, which is organized by the Liwa Sports Club on the field of horse racing in Zayed in the Al Dhafra region, within the club’s agenda for the 2025 season.
The race will be held in two halves, with a distance of the first half 1700 meters, while the second half extends for a distance of 1400 meters, with the participation of a group of the most prominent horse owners and knights from various emirates of the country.
The organization of the race comes within the framework of the Liwa Sports Club to support equestrian sport, enhance its presence in the region, and to preserve the sport of authentic Arab horses as part of the state’s cultural heritage.
Sultan Mohamed Al Mazrouei, Director of Financial and Administrative Affairs at Liwa Sports Club, confirmed that the race will be the conclusion of a season full of successful races organized by the club, noting that the preparations were completed to receive the participants and the public in this distinguished sporting event.
The club administration invited the public and fans of equestrian sport to attend the race and enjoy its heritage and sports atmosphere, which reflects the prestigious position of this sport in the Al Dhafra region.
