"Expel leaders" They see the experience of entrepreneurship in Singapore

Abu Dhabi, April 22 / WAM / The second batch of the employees of the “Tafis leaders” program briefed during a number of field tours on major international companies in various disciplines, in the Republic of Singapore for the mechanisms of its management and benefit from the practical experience of refining the leadership skills of the participants.
The Emirati cadres competitiveness council said that the visit of employees of the second batch of the “Nafs leaders” program to Singapore – 13 to 18 April – comes within the external tours within the framework of the program’s training plan, with the aim of introducing the affiliates to the distinguished experiences in the field of business.
The “Effects Leadership Program” is implemented through an active partnership between the Council and the “UAE government leaders” program of the Ministry of Cabinet Affairs, and includes more than 170 training hours designed with innovative methods, which combines direct learning by a group of international experts in the fields of leadership, and the practical application to develop creative solutions to a set of challenges facing institutions in various sectors.
This trip was a qualitative platform for a deep educational experience, which brought together the participants in a direct interaction with the most prominent academic institutions and international companies, including the National University of Singapore “NUS”, the URA Re -Development Authority “URA”, the Julius Bayer Bank, and “GRAB Holdings Inc” the comprehensive and pioneering application in Asia, in addition to the digital “MVGX” digital exchange, and company “Visa” that revolutionizes the world of financial transactions.
The visit also included the Changi Airports Group and the “Mandai” wildlife group.
The journey was based on three main axes, which are leadership in a troubled world, artificial intelligence, technology and unknown, leadership and shift towards sustainable growth, as participants had distinguished opportunities to explore active leadership strategies amid challenges, see the latest artificial intelligence applications in business, in addition to inspiring successful models in innovation and sustainability.
The trip program witnessed discussion episodes and interactive workshops presented by a group of international academics and experts, which contributed to enriching dialogue, transferring experiences and identifying best practices in this field.
This trip represents an integrated experience that enhances the strategic vision of the Council of Competitiveness of the Emirati cadres, and supports the construction of a generation of Emirati leaders who are able to anticipate the future, and the positive impact on changing work environments at the global level, where leadership preparation is the cornerstone of the sustainable development process pursued by the UAE leadership that believes that empowering national competencies is the best way to make a more prosperous future.
