More than 456 billion dollars total Gulf product at fixed prices
Muscat on August 3 / WAM / GDP with fixed prices for the Gulf Cooperation Council countries increased by the end of the fourth quarter of 2024 by 3.3 % to reach 456.3 billion US dollars compared to 442.3 billion US dollars during the same period of 2023.
The latest statistics issued by the statistical center of the Gulf Cooperation Council states showed that the percentage of the contribution of non -oil activities in the Gulf GDP to fixed prices at the end of the fourth quarter of 2024 amounted to 70.6 % compared to 29.4 % for oil activities.
The gross domestic product recorded the fixed prices of the council countries in the fourth quarter of 2024 growths of one percent, as in the third quarter, a value of 452.2 billion US dollars.
