China celebrates the crossing of the European shipping train No. 20000
Hhehhout on August 3 / WAM / Aranen’s port, the largest wild port on the border between China and Mongolia, crossed the shipping train No. 20000 in China -European shipping lines since the launch of the service in 2013.
According to the Chinese railway group, the China Railways Group, the Erenhout Port in the North Mongolia internal area of the country witnessed a remarkable increase in the number of trips of trains, destinations, and operating papers and types of goods transferred through it, while it took the first 10,000 trains to cross nine years (until 2022), the crossing of the following 10,000 trains was registered within about three years only.
The port, which is a pivotal transit point for the middle corridor of the shipping trains between China and Europe, witnessed a qualitative shift in the transported goods, from initial materials at first to good -value goods currently, such as new energy and electronics.
The Erenotout Port currently serves 73 lines linking more than 60 Chinese cities in 24 areas at the level of provinces, with more than 70 stations in more than 10 countries, including Germany and Poland.
