“Dubai Roads” expands the working hours of the happiness center in Umm Ramoul

The Roads and Communications Authority in Dubai has extended the working hours of the happiness center in Umm Ramoul to work around the clock 7/24 throughout the week and official holidays, in order to improve the experience of customers, achieve their highest levels of satisfaction and ensure the provision of the finest services and attention to their opinions and suggestions, as the goal is in line with the strategic plan of the authority 2024-2030, and the emirate’s plan 2030.

The authority seeks to provide a distinguished and pre -emptive experience for customers, in addition to providing comprehensive and automated digital services with the aim of reducing the time required to complete them, through the plan to convert the happiness centers of customers into smart and hybrid centers based on best practices and international specifications in this field and provide services through digital channels 24 hours in a flexible and fast manner.
