Distribution of profits to the shareholders of “Al -Jouf” .. next Wednesday

The Board of Directors of Al -Jouf Agricultural Development Company decided to distribute profits by transferring to the shareholders ’accounts related to their investment governorates starting next Wednesday, April 30, 2025, through the Saudi French Bank.
In a statement, the company called on Saudi Arabia’s circulation to the contributors to the need to update their data and ensure that the bank account numbers are linked to the investment portfolios to ensure their profits reach without delay.
The Board of Directors of Al -Jouf Agricultural Development Company decided to distribute cash dividends to shareholders for the second half of the fiscal year 2024 on February 26.
The decision requires distributing profits with a total of 15 million riyals, at 50 halalas per share, representing 5% of the capital.
