المملكة: 30 countries participate in the Asian Olympics 2025 in the Kingdom

The Kingdom will host the 25th edition of the Asian Olympics Olympics 2025 “Apho”, during the period from 4 to 12 May, in Dhahran, with the participation of 240 students representing 30 Asian countries.
It shares the organization of this international scientific forum, which the Kingdom will host for the first time, the Ministry of Education, the King Abdulaziz Foundation and its men for talent and creativity (talent), and King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals, at the university’s headquarters, under the exclusive sponsorship of Saudi Aramco.

Asian Physics Olympics 2025

The Asian Olympics is one of the most prominent annual international scientific competitions directed to talented high school students in the field of physics, in which the Asian countries that have achieved advanced centers in the International Olympics of Physics.
The first edition of the Olympics was launched in 1999 in Indonesia with the participation of 12 countries, and the mechanism of nomination of students participating in it is adopted according to their cumulative results during theoretical and practical training forums.
They were transferred from level to level and in the fourth level specifically in intensive training, tests are taken to determine the participating team.

Saudi Arabia’s participation in the Asian Olympics Olympics

The Kingdom participated for the first time in the Asian Olympics in 2012, and it has 16 international awards in its balance, out of 854 awards won by its students from the international and regional Olympies, and international competitions.
The Chairman of the Organizational Committee for the Olympics Badr Al -Marathi stressed that the Kingdom’s organization of this international scientific event embodies its leadership in supporting talent and innovation, and emphasizes the confidence of international institutions in its organizational and cognitive capabilities, and embodies the qualitative progress it has achieved in the education of science and the development of human capital, thanks to effective integration between the various sectors concerned.
The Kingdom organized in July of last year 2024 AD, in the capital, Riyadh, the 56th edition of the International Chemistry Olympics, with the participation of 333 students, from 90 countries representing all the continents of the world, and the organization won the praise of the participating parties and teams as a leading global destination in various scientific fields.
