66 % rise in Gulf real estate ownership in Bahrain in 2024

During the 2024, Bahrain witnessed a remarkable increase in the number of citizens of the Gulf Cooperation Council countries, the real estate of real estate, as the total number reached 4,000 Gulf ownership, compared to 2,407 in 2023, with a growth rate of approximately 66%.
The Kuwaiti citizens exported the list by a wide difference, as the number of ownership of them jumped from 656 in 2023 to 2,600 in 2024, in an unprecedented rise that reflects the growing interest of Kuwaitis in the Bahraini real estate market, according to what the Bahrain -open data platform published.
The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia ranked second with 856 ownership in 2024, compared to 719 in the previous year, while the number of Qatari owners increased from 187 to 310, while the number of Emirati owners decreased from 812 to 209, and the citizens of the Sultanate of Oman recorded a slight decrease from 33 to 25 owners.
This growth is attributed to a group of factors, the most prominent of which is economic stability and legislation that attracts real estate investment in Bahrain, in addition to the geographical location and social and cultural proximity between the Gulf states.
