Dubai, April 25 / WAM / The Dubai Electricity and Water Authority participated in a wide range of discussion sessions and interactive workshops, as part of its program as a strategic partner at the Dubai Artificial Intelligence Week, where the experts of the authority highlighted the most prominent artificial intelligence applications to enhance the efficiency of vital sectors, especially energy and water.
The discussion sessions focused on the exceptional achievements achieved by the authority in its adoption of the technology of computer use agents with artificial intelligence and artificial intelligence agents, most notably the official of the virtual body “Ramas” supported by artificial intelligence and the technology Energy distribution, customer services.
The experts of the authority touched on the various artificial intelligence applications that the authority adopts to improve its operational efficiency in various sectors and fields, including smart network solutions, smart bills specialist, the customer’s vote plate, LinkedIn for smart learning to develop employees, and the Information Technology Support Office.
The sessions highlighted the success achieved by the authority in adopting the techniques of tweed artificial intelligence, including the “Microsoft Power Platform” platform and the smart assistant “Microsoft 365 Cobilot” and “Microsoft Cocantic Coplyot”, where the authority is the first government agency in the United Arab Emirates level to adopt this type of advanced technology from Microsoft, and from the first institutions Service worldwide that adopts the “Cobilot” technology from Microsoft.
The session of the company “Moro”, one of the “Diwa Digital” companies, the digital arm of the Dubai Electricity and Water Authority, touched on the most important strategies used to enhance the smoothness of integrating artificial intelligence technologies and manage them efficiently to achieve the maximum benefit from them.
More than 100 students from Dubai Electricity and Water Academy also participated in various sessions and workshops that aimed to provide them with the most important knowledge and skills related to artificial intelligence tools and applications and encourage them to innovate and creativity, to contribute to preparing a qualified generation and able to lead a future based on artificial intelligence in Dubai.
The Authority’s program also included many educational competitions, questions, answers, and interactive activities that focused on the practical aspect of building artificial intelligence agents with the help of various platforms.
