The Ministry of Municipalities and Housing banned the placement of any type of commodity and products on the floor of the transportation exhibition or the hall, stressing that if the products are displayed, they must be secured in custom shelves and not subject to fall.
This came in the list of requirements for transportation exhibitions recently adopted by the ministry, in which it stipulated that electronic payment methods be provided, with a prohibition of refusing to use them, put a poster for the payment options available on or inside the facility, and emphasize all the requirements of firefighting and security surveillance cameras.
She explained that the open exhibitions must not be less than 300 square meters, but as for closed exhibitions, an area of ​​no less than 8 m² must be provided for each number of means of transportation as a minimum non -comprehensive toilets, reception crowning and a break for workers, sales offices, prayer place and other basic equipment, knowing that the distance between the means of transportation must not be less than 2 m in the event of more than one means of transportation within the exhibition.

Public transportation exhibitions requirements

The Ministry allowed the establishment of an umbrella by 100% of the remaining land area after achieving the required reversion at the exhibition headquarters, and emphasized that places designated for reception and management employees, and another for security guards.
It allowed the allocation of places to pray at the exhibition that is appropriate for its area, the number of expected attendees, and a separate section of it is allocated to women, and to provide appropriate and separate toilets and ablution courses and ablution for both men and women according to what the Saudi construction code determines in numbers and proportions.
The regulation stipulated the provision of (a counter) for reception for the exhibition, provided that the surface is made of easy -to -clean materials such as marble or its ideology or iPoxic wood and the like.
The regulations emphasized the maintenance of the components of the facility, such as (floors, ceilings, walls, paintings, external facades and sidewalks adjacent to the facility’s interface) and ensuring that they are free of dirt and accumulated dirt or difficult removal spots.
The Ministry obliges workers to wear clean external clothes that provide a decent professional appearance and is suitable for the worker’s tasks, carrying the work card and ensuring personal hygiene, to stop work in the event of any pathological symptoms, and the facility does not use housing, with the exception of the facility guard, and prevent smoking except in the places designated for that.
