Dubai Municipality highlights its leading tourism projects at the “Arab Travel Market” exhibition 2025

Dubai Municipality participates in the “Arab Travel Market” exhibition for the year 2025 in its 32nd edition, and is considered one of the most prominent international events in the tourism and travel sector, as it reviews its best practices and its leading and innovative strategic tourism projects, and reflects its efforts to enhance the position of the Emirate of Dubai as a future global tourist destination and its weight as a global center for the tourism and entertainment industry in a modern and innovative style.

During the exhibition period held at the Dubai World Trade Center between April 28 and May 1, the municipality will provide comprehensive visions on global tourism projects that are working on implementing them, most notably the “Thuir Dubai” project, the first of its kind in the Middle East and the longest in the world at a cost of 2 billion dirhams, where the project rises in the quality of society’s life and enriches the experience of Dubai guests by providing a health resort and interactive garden.

Therm Dubai also supports the “Quality of Life Strategy in Dubai” to be among the 10 best cities in the quality of life by 2033.

Dubai Municipality is on a comprehensive package of innovative development projects, which will make a qualitative shift in the concepts of general beaches design in Dubai and its infrastructure to enhance the reputation of Dubai beaches, its attractiveness and brilliance as leading global destinations that provide integrated tourist options that meet the desires and interests of the population and tourists and rise to their experience.

Its entertainment and sports projects in the gardens and facilities of the emirate, including the mountain walking path in the Musharraf National Park, the first and the longest of its kind in the heart of the Emirate of Dubai with a length of up to 9.7 km and includes “Mushrif Hib” one of the recreational initiatives that collects a bouquet of integrated entertainment services, along with the Hatta mountain bike track with a length of 86 km and a capacity of 21 paths for bikes and 17 tracks For walking, it provides a unique tourism experience for visitors, professionals and adventure lovers.

Within its efforts to enhance the tourism attractiveness of historical and heritage regions and markets, the municipality will highlight the position of the historic Deira market as an ancient tourist destination in the emirate, in addition to its efforts in its development and modernization operations in a way that preserves its symbolic value and its historical position through the project of heritage and tourism paths in the traditional Deira markets, which reaches 1,740 meters in length.

The municipality has provided the markets with many facilities that include a ladies chapel that corresponds to the requirements of people of determination, innovative umbrellas, lighting, multiple seating seats and smart bathrooms, in addition to developing the overlapping squares with the tracks by implementing an urban brush commensurate with the historical nature of the region.

Badr Anouhi, Executive Director of the Public Utilities Foundation in the municipality, said that the Arab travel market is an exceptional annual event in the tourism and travel sector. The cultural and tourist identity of the emirate, leading to its vision to be one of the best cities in the world to live, visit and invest.

He added that the design and development of tourism experiences in Dubai is one of the main pillars that Dubai Municipality is working on, through the implementation of innovative projects in its gardens and entertainment facilities to be smart, sustainable and flexible spaces to make them integrated and attractive tourist destinations that combine Emirati heritage and modern modern tourism concepts that meet the aspirations of the population and visitors and enhance the quality of their lives and their well -being.
