المملكة: “Human Resources” withdraws the licenses of 5 recruitment offices and 10 other stops for violating the regulations

The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development monitored violations of 15 recruitment offices during the first quarter of this year 2025, confirming that these offices are not committed to the rules for the practice of recruitment activity and approved regulations, which necessitated the taking of firm regular measures against them.

Applying regular procedures

The Ministry stated that the licenses of 5 recruitment offices have been withdrawn permanently, due to the lack of achievement of the minimum requirements and standards of performance necessary to practice the activity in accordance with the regular requirements.
She added that the activity of 10 other recruitment offices was also temporarily suspended, due to the delay in addressing complaints from customers, especially those related to returning the financial amounts due to them.

Confirmation of transgressions

The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development stressed its continued efforts in the accurate and continuous follow -up to the performance of all licensed recruitment offices and companies in the Kingdom, and its keenness to correct any violations or violations that are discovered, with the aim of ensuring the commitment of all recruitment services providers to regulations and regulations that aim to preserve the rights of all contracting parties.
In this context, the Ministry called on the recruitment sector clients to initiate to report any irregular violations or practices that they may be exposed to by offices or recruitment companies, through communication through the unified number of customer service 19911, stressing the importance of their role in enhancing control and ensuring the quality of the services provided.
