Big Investments .. Zelinski praises the mineral agreement with Washington

On Thursday, Ukrainian President Folodimir Zellinski welcomed the mineral agreement signed by Kiev with Washington, describing him as “really fair.”
“The agreement has changed greatly,” Zellinski said in his daily speech.

He stressed that the agreement does not stipulate debts that Ukraine must pay to the United States, based on what US President Donald Trump initially wanted, explaining that it aims to create a “investment in Ukraine and earn money here.”
The agreement includes extracting minerals and oil in Ukraine, and comes after difficult negotiations and tensions between Kiev and Washington, whose peak was in a verbal argument between Trump and Zelinski in the oval office at the end of February.
Also, the agreement comes in conjunction with diplomatic negotiations aimed at finding a solution to the conflict in Ukraine, more than three years after the Russian invasion of Ukrainian territory began in February 2022.
