For shiny, thick and healthy hair .. Here is this recipe

Health expert Eric Berg reviewed in a new video on the YouTube platform the potential benefits of using rice water on hair, along with the way it is prepared at home.

Rice water is the liquid resulting from soaking or boiling rice, and it is believed to be rich in nutrients that promote the health and shine of hair.

Many cosmetic experts believe that rice water contributes to strengthening hair, accelerating its growth, improving its elasticity and reducing breakage and split ends, although scientific research in this field is still limited.

Rice water contains starch that forms a layer around the hair that reduces friction, which gives it a smoother and shiny look.

Cedar water is also rich in amino acids and “inozetol “, which is believed to enhance hair elasticity and reduce its damage, and may help balance the acidity in the scalp and fight the shell.

Berg notes that the use of rice water for hair is “an old secret of beauty in Asia,” adding that women in China, Japan and Korea “adopted rice water to improve their hair health and calm the scalp”, according to the British newspaper “The Mirror”.

Berg stressed that the fermented rice water is the most effective, saying: “It takes 48 hours to prepare it, and it contains vitamins (B), amino acids, and betra resulting from fermentation, which are usually used in skin care products.”

He explained that these elements “help reduce dandruff and itching, and improve hair shine and its general appearance.”
