" Expo Sharjah" And the American World Trade Center discusses cooperation in the exhibition industry

Sharjah, May 4 / WAM / The Expo Center Sharjah and the World Trade Center in Kentucky, USA, discussed ways to enhance cooperation frameworks and the strategic company to enhance the growth and development of the exhibition sector and enable it to play a vital role in supporting international trade.

This came during the meeting that was held yesterday at the Sharjah Expo Center between His Excellency Saif Mohamed Al -Midfa, CEO of the Expo Center, Sharjah, member of the Consultative Council for Conferences and Exhibitions of the World Trade Centers Association and Omar Ayyash, President and Executive Director of the World Trade Center in Kentucky, USA, member of the Regional Advisory Council of North America of the World Trade Centers Association.

His Excellency Saif Mohamed Al -Midfa affirmed the center’s keenness to consolidate its relations with the various global trade centers, based on the importance of strategic partnerships in enhancing Sharjah’s position as a global destination for exhibitions and conferences and the exchanging experiences and knowledge of renewable opportunities to enhance the level of services and apply best sustainable international practices in the field of organizing exhibitions.

His Excellency Saif Mohamed Al -Midfa pointed out that the Sharjah Expo Center has extensive experience in organizing and managing international exhibitions and major events and is constantly looking to enhance leadership and add more experience for its work teams in the field of international trade and strengthen links with display platforms in a main market like the United States within the framework of the World Trade Centers Association Network, adding that cooperation with the World Trade Center in Kentucky, the American state of Kentuck The contribution of the exhibition sector to the economic diversification system, attracting investments, enhancing business tourism in Sharjah, as well as opening new horizons for American companies to participate in Sharjah’s Expo and learn about promising opportunities in the UAE market in exchange for providing opportunities for Emirati companies to explore new markets in the United States.

For his part, Omar Ayyash pointed to the great capabilities of cooperation between the World Trade Center as Kentucky and the Expo Sharjah Center, expressing his admiration for the successes of Expo Sharjah that made him a role model in managing major exhibitions and international events, which motivates joint cooperation to provide a distinguished platform for companies in Kentucky to reach the markets in the Middle East and the UAE, which represents a strategic gateway to the region’s markets, confirming the willingness of the World Trade Center To enhance his cooperation with the Sharjah Expo Center and build a sustainable partnership in a way that benefits the business community in Kentucky and the Emirate of Sharjah, in a way that achieves the primary goal of helping companies to grow internationally and enhance bilateral trade relations.

The two sides touched on the current global trends in trade, the manufacture of exhibitions, challenges and opportunities for companies in the changing business environment and the role of global trade centers in helping companies in facilitating trade and investment and exchange of participation in exhibitions and supporting them in the fields of technology such as artificial intelligence.
