Global media highlights the deletion of “international justice” the “Sudanese army lawsuit”

The international media considered the decision of the International Court of Justice to delete the lawsuit filed by the Sudanese Armed Forces against the UAE, as a categorical rejection of the Sudanese armed forces’ attempt to pay attention to their responsibility. And media people confirmed that it was better for the Sudanese armed forces to end up ending this absurd war and investing friends and brothers to support Sudan’s stability.

The global media interacted with the news of the release of the International Court of Justice for the lawsuit submitted by the Sudanese Armed Forces and highlighted in its coverage of the court’s decision the impact of the civil war in Sudan on the difficult humanitarian conditions that the Sudanese people suffer, which it described as one of the worst humanitarian disasters in the world.

Under the title “The International Court of Justice, the Sudan lawsuit against the Emirates,” reported the New York Times, the details of the court’s decision, noting that the International Court of Justice declared its lack of jurisdiction in the case.

For its part, CNN said, “The Judges of the Court of Justice voted to end and reject the case and announced that it does not have the jurisdiction of taking any disciplinary measures.

“The decisions are clear and decisive that this issue is unfounded.”

The newspaper quoted the statements of the Deputy Assistant Minister for Political Affairs, which confirmed: “The court’s decision not to compete with it confirms that this case should not have been raised.” “Simply put, a decision today is a categorical rejection of the Sudanese armed forces’ attempt to exploit the court in its misinformation campaign, and to pay attention to its responsibility.”

The Associated Press talked about the bloody conflict that Sudan slipped in mid -April 2023, noting the lawsuit filed by Sudan against the UAE and the court decided to delete it after “the judges concluded that the International Court of Justice lacks power to continue the procedures.”

In the same context, the newspaper “The Guardian” highlighted the declaration of the International Court of Justice to end the case and remove it permanently from the court’s records.

The Guardian pointed to the statement of the Emirati Foreign Ministry, which stressed that the documented evidence proves that the UAE is not responsible for the conflict in Sudan, unlike the documented atrocities committed by the warring Sudanese factions.

The Guardian explained that the conflict that has been going on since April 2023 has caused one of the worst humanitarian crises in the world despite international peace efforts.

In turn, the “Russia Today” channel focused on the Emirati welcome to the decision of the International Court of Justice in The Hague to write off the case by the Sudanese Armed Forces against it based on the clear absence of the judicial jurisdiction.

“Russia Today” highlighted the UAE’s invitation to the Sudanese Armed Forces and the Rapid Support Forces to end the war without preconditions, adhere to negotiations, and allow humanitarian aid to the arrival of its needy without any obstacles. She pointed out that the international community must move firmly to facilitate the transition to a political process led by a civilian leadership independent of the army’s control, and to hold those responsible for the commission of humanitarian atrocities.

On the other hand, Al -Arab newspaper confirmed that the International Court of Justice for the case is considered a political victory for the Emirates in the face of the Sudanese armed forces, which seeks to distract attention from its responsibility to start and continue the war and disrupt access to an agreement despite the multiplicity of regional and international initiatives.

The Arabs quoted observers that the complaint of the leadership of the military establishment in Sudan against the UAE is an escape forward to buy time and avoid responsibility regarding its failure to achieve stability in Sudan after the army’s coup against the path of democracy and civil rule, which has caused a civil conflict since April 2023.

A number of media professionals and followers confirmed that the Al -Burhan team showed ignorance of diplomatic and legal systems, as he presented a weak file that lacks credibility, in a clear translation of their desire to disperse attention and distract attention from its failure, noting that this team does not represent Sudan or the Sudanese people who suffer the scourge of war while this group sought to achieve political gains at the expense of the Sudanese people.

They emphasized that it was better for the Sudanese armed forces to end up ending this absurd war and investing friends and brothers to support Sudan’s stability, stressing at the same time that the UAE diplomatic and humanitarian efforts are witnessing its active role in supporting the Sudanese people.
