The President of the State and the Prime Minister of Iraq are discussing the relations of the two countries and developments in the region

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, may God protect him, today received a phone call from Muhammad Shi’a Al -Sudani, Prime Minister of the brotherly Republic of Iraq, during which they discussed bilateral relations and various aspects of cooperation and joint work between the two countries, especially in the developmental and economic fields and their development opportunities to serve their mutual interests and return with good and prosperity over their people.

During the call, the two sides also reviewed a number of regional and international issues and files of common concern and exchanged views on them, foremost of which are the developments taking place in the Middle East region … stressing in this context the importance of pushing towards the path of peace and supporting everything that would achieve stability, security and prosperity for all the peoples of the region.
