The King Salman Relief Center demands the necessity of localizing humanitarian work in complex environments such as the Gaza Strip

The King Salman Center for Relief and Humanitarian Works participated in the 21st session of the Dubai International Exhibition and Development Conference (DIHAD 2025) held during the period (April 29) – (1) May 2025 AD, in the presence of NGOs, United Nations agencies, charitable institutions, and government agencies, as well as relief, educational and construction services from the sector Private. In calling for their involvement in the stages of decision -making and enhancing their capabilities to achieve a more efficient and sustainable humanitarian response, stressing the importance of facing the challenges that hinder Emiratization, by building effective partnerships that enhance listening to the voice of local partners and understanding their needs, and developing their capabilities, as well as setting flexible systems and legislation commensurate with the reality of humanitarian work, and at the same time guarantees commitment to the principles of humanitarian work from Neutrality, independence and lack of bias. (CFAAC), which has been implemented by the center in Yemen since (2017) AD; In order to reintegrate children affected by armed conflicts, and (755) children benefited directly and directly (84) thousand, in cooperation with a local organization to ensure the sustainability of the impact and respect for the cultural context of the target society.
