Iranian nuclear discussions on the right track

US Vice President Jay de Verse considered that the talks between his country and Iran on Tehran’s nuclear file are proceeding with the “right track”, again Washington’s position not to allow it to produce nuclear weapons.
He added: “We do not care if people want to get nuclear energy, we have no problem with that, but you cannot have a uranium enrichment program that allows you to get nuclear weapons, here we draw the boundary.”

Nuclear talks

The United States and Iran began talking on Oman on April 12, in an effort to reach an agreement on the Tehran nuclear program after Washington withdrew in 2018, from the international agreement concluded in 2015.
The two parties were scheduled to hold a fourth round of discussions on the third of May, but it was postponed for “logistical reasons” to a date that has not yet been determined.
Western countries, including the United States, have always accused Iran of seeking to develop nuclear weapons, a claim that Tehran has constantly denied, stressing that its nuclear program is dedicated to peaceful and civil purposes only.
