Al -Ahly youth beat Sharjah and crowns the champion of the President’s Cup
Abu Dhabi, May 9/ WAM/ Al-Ahly youth crowned the champion of the 48th edition of the Cup of His Highness the President of the State of Football, for the eleventh time in its history after its victory today over Sharjah 2-1 at the Mohammed bin Zayed Stadium in Abu Dhabi in the final match.
Sharjah opened the scoring by Marcus Meloni in the 14th minute, and Yuri Cesar tied with a goal in the 45th+1 minute, then the player himself advanced the second goal for the upper youth in the 64th minute.
With this coronation, Al -Ahly’s youth dismantled its association with Sharjah with the number of times that crowned the title, as Sharjah was crowned with 10 titles.
Al -Ahly youth also won its fourth title this season in a historic achievement for the team, as it decided the ADNOC Professional League, crowned the UAE Super Cup, and the UAE Super Cup.
