"Fujairah Council" Young people are motivated to enter the world of industry
Fujairah on May 10 / WAM / The House of Philosophy in the Emirate of Fujairah hosted a distinguished event under the title “The Pioneers of Industry”, which included a wealthy dialogue session entitled “National leaders that inspire the UAE youth.”
This event was attended by Sheikh Ahmed bin Hamad Saif Al Sharqi, as it was organized in cooperation between the Fujairah Youth Council and the Council of the Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology for Youth.
This event sheds light on the opportunities available in the industrial sector in front of the Emirati youth, and enhancing their effective participation in the national industrial initiatives, which aim to enhance the status of this sector, within the framework of the state’s vision aimed at building a diversified and sustainable economy.
The event began with a speech delivered by Jassim Al -Obaidli, Director of the Youth Interaction Department at the Federal Youth Foundation, in which he focused on the importance of strengthening the culture of work in the industrial sector of the Emirati youth, the role of the Federal Youth Foundation in developing and supporting national competencies in the field of local industry, and creating new competitive opportunities in line with the national strategy for industry and technology, and the state’s vision to achieve sustainable economic development.
The session included a wide participation of officials, experts and those interested in the industrial sector, where a number of prominent personalities were attended, including His Excellency Sheikha Al -Kaabi, member of the Federal National Council, His Excellency Eng. Ali Qassem, Director of the Fujairah Foundation for Natural Resources, His Excellency Eng. Muhammad Al Mulla, Director General of the Fujairah Foundation for Cement Industries, His Excellency Aisha Muhammad Al Jassem, Chairman of the Fujairah Business Women Council, in addition to Majid bin Zobaa, Chairman of the Council of Nafs for Youth Al -Yamahi, Chairman of the Fujairah Youth Council, along with many officials and representatives of youth councils in government departments.
The event also included an interactive workshop designed specifically for entrepreneurs, aiming to motivate young people to enter the world of industry, based on the belief that young people are the main driver of sustainable economic development.
This workshop sought to encourage young people to innovate and creativity in various fields of business in line with the strategic directions of the state, and also aimed to enhance the competitiveness of the national industry, which contributes to achieving the ambitious economic goals of the state.
