With regard to the quality of services, health care services obtained a satisfaction rate of 82.8%, while the population satisfaction rate was 83.4%, and 84.3%expressed their satisfaction with recycling services, while the percentage of satisfaction with cultural activities reached 86.5%.
The 2025 report showed an improvement in Dubai’s performance among 16 out of 20 technical indicators, as well as a noticeable development in all the four axes of technology governing.

Matar Al -Tayer added: “The authority plays a pivotal role in Dubai’s progress within the smart cities index, by enhancing digital infrastructure and providing smart services that meet the needs of the population and residents, as the employment of artificial intelligence technologies and the huge data in the traffic management contributed to improving the flow of vehicles and reducing congestion by up to 25%,” noting that the authority has a comprehensive plan for digital transformation and keeping pace with the fourth industrial revolution, Where the authority is proceeding to implement the Dubai Self -Driving Self -Driving Strategy to convert 25% of the total travel trips in Dubai into self -driving smart trips by 2030.
The Authority’s digital strategy 2023-2030 includes approximately 82 projects and initiative, at a total cost of 1.6 billion dirhams, with the aim of enhancing the global leadership of the authority in the field of digital transformation based on optimal investment of data, implementing a digital infrastructure and ability to develop by 100%, enabling mobility by financial technology by 100%, raising the percentage of digital adoption of the authority’s services to 95%, and empowerment The authority’s employees digitally by 100%, and build 50 cases of use in artificial intelligence.
