Dubai Digital Economy supports the establishment and expansion of 127 startups in Dubai in the first quarter

Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy, one of the three rooms operating under the umbrella of Dubai Chambers, revealed its support and contribution to establishing and expanding the work of 127 digital companies emerging in the emirate during the first quarter of the year 2025, with a growth rate of 135% compared to the same period last year, which reflects the Chamber’s efforts to consolidate Dubai’s leadership as a favorite destination for emerging technological companies.
During the first quarter of this year, the Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy held 4 activities to support the business community, enable startups, support talents, enhance partnerships, and upgrade the business system, and during the first quarter trained 729 participants in digital skills development programs, with the aim of enhancing the readiness of human cadres specialized in advanced technology sectors to keep pace with the requirements of the digital future.
The Chamber continued its efforts to enhance the support of companies that seek to launch or expand the scope of their activities in the emirate through the platform “Supporting and attracting companies” that provide a package of institutional and operational services, in addition to the service to reconcile business to help companies find partners, investors and customers suitable The platform to 114 partners specialized in a variety of service fields.

He added, “The Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy is keen to accelerate the pace of digital transformation and enhance Dubai’s attractiveness as a major destination for technical investments and a major incubator for technology and creativity and creating qualitative solutions that contribute to supporting economic and social development.”
During the first quarter, the Chamber organized 12 rounds in the global markets to review the ingredients of the advanced digital business environment in Dubai and introduce the importance of Xpandle North Star as the largest global event for startups and investors, compared to three during the same period last year. These promotional tours aim to highlight the exhibition “Expand North Star” organized by the Dubai World Trade Center, and will be hosted by the Chamber in Dubai Harper during the period from 12 to 15 October.
The activities of the first campaign for the “Expand North Star” exhibition started for the year 2025 from the United States of America, and included Las Vegas, Phenix and San Francisco, and its activities attracted more than 200 representatives of a variety of startups, investors and technology companies, and Canada formed the second leg of the campaign, where the Chamber held a series of activities in 3 Canadian cities that included each Toronto, Messaga and Vancouver, and more than 350 business leaders and founders of startups took place.
