He pointed out that the data of citizens enrolled in the private sector remains reserved within the rules of appointment and nomination in the Sharjah government, especially those who have acquired distinguished professional experiences, or have been subjected to ending their services due to circumstances outside their will, stressing that preserving these national competencies and not neglecting them is at the heart of the responsibility of employment institutions, but rather a long -term national investment.
