Mohammed bin Rashid issues the law to organize contracting activities in Dubai

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, may God preserve him, issued the law organizing contracting activities in the Emirate of Dubai, which aims to unite and organize practicing these activities at the emirate level.

The new law sets clear foundations for the classification of contractors that are commensurate with their experiences and capabilities, in a way that contributes to enhancing transparency and coordination between the competent authorities, and supporting the ambitious development process of the Emirate of Dubai, in line with the requirements of its urban and economic growth.
